I also use half stars/hearts when I’m on the fence about the rating.
Books rated 1 heart will most likely not show up on this blog as I intend on only reviewing books I finish, and books with such a low rating will usually be put down because life is short. My only finished books with 1 star on Goodreads are books I’ve had to read for school/uni where I had little choice but to soldier on.
